Oh this is a problem with artificial tree...Hi Kady,
Oh this is a problem with artificial trees isn't it.
We have a few of them and because our basement allows it....WE LEAVE THEM AS IS AND STORE THEM IN THE FURTHEST PART OF THE BASEMENT. We cover them with one of those large christmas tree bags that are meant to put real ones in to get them out of the house. Works beautifully.
Maybe not a solution for you but thought I'd throw it out there.

KarenMy Colonial Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16066446310464424766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7978266441948634046.post-31291034524163715462011-01-13T19:03:40.772-06:002011-01-13T19:03:40.772-06:00Those are some precious pictures--would make aweso...Those are some precious pictures--would make awesome scrapbook pages. And I did not want to crunch the branches on it so I took it apart and put it in a box and slide another box the same size down on top of that box it actually left me room on the sides of the tree to put small boxes down inside witht the ornaments etc. in them. So now I have two good size boxes but all of my decorations and my tree are in them. Which will be easier next year to get to.
LOVE love the cat pictures how precious at least they are enjoying what you are doing
BrendaThe Rusty Thimblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01664540327601050926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7978266441948634046.post-15524752058690788592011-01-13T11:46:52.317-06:002011-01-13T11:46:52.317-06:00can you store it in that cute little cabin till yo...can you store it in that cute little cabin till you get a container to fit it?love the cat photos..;)Cat Nap Inn Primitiveshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04089694413969995302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7978266441948634046.post-75359778403406853212011-01-13T11:00:12.558-06:002011-01-13T11:00:12.558-06:00Wonderful pictures Kathy! if you come to visit my ...Wonderful pictures Kathy! if you come to visit my blog I posted a cross stitch chart I'm looking for..maybe you can help me!
LauraLaurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03058460190612670496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7978266441948634046.post-5447212520225197142011-01-13T10:48:29.059-06:002011-01-13T10:48:29.059-06:00CUTE kitty pictures by the way.CUTE kitty pictures by the way.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14698801749067092572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7978266441948634046.post-37141996397076793002011-01-13T10:47:52.701-06:002011-01-13T10:47:52.701-06:00Can you say black garbage bags? But I put it down in one and tie it around the middle, then put another one over the top, pull it down and tie it around the middle. Works like a charm because we store ours up in the attic.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14698801749067092572noreply@blogger.com
