STILL IN A HOLDING PATTERN

OOOH, THAT PAPER IS GETTING AWAY - I'LL CATCH IT FOR YOU.
I CAUGHT IT! NOW TO SEE WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON HERE.
AM I A GOOD LITTLE HELPER OR WHAT?

We're still waiting for some information about the house we're trying to purchase. At this point in time, any bit of knowledge would be welcome. I received a call a few minutes ago from our insurance agent. I'd completely forgotten to call him and let him know things had come to a halt. He said all the mail they had sent to the new address had been returned to his office. Wonderful. Everything had been set up for our new home and will now have to be re-done if/when we are finally able to move. The frustration and stress levels continue to mount.
On a more positive note, I'm still having a wonderful time with Tucker. I have an appointment for vet check tomorrow afternoon and I pray he's as healthy as he appears. This morning he's been chasing his tail, climbing up my back, ouch!, and scampering in and out of the door and up and down the hallway. He just "helped" me print out a few things and insisted on leaving his bite marks on the corners of my papers.
I'm surely going to miss this little critter. I'll have him here until he's adopted, but as with all the others I've fostered, I will need to emotionally distance myself little by little. That's the part I dread. I put so much into caring for this kitten and soon he will be in someone else's arms. It's the happy ending all kitty rescuers pray for, but it's always difficult to let them go.

I keep praying on the house. And I am praying on Tucker, too. I will miss the pics and stories. :)

Just love seeing pictures and stories of Tucker each day. I'm with Gail, too, and think that this little guy was meant for you.
Saying prayers that your home situation will work out for the best.
