AND ON IT GOES

HOUSE WE TOURED LAST NIGHT
BACKYARD WAS NOT AS BIG AS IT LOOKS HERE
WHAT A NICE FIREPLACE

THIS WOULD BE A WONDERFUL SEWING/CRAFTING ROOM

We toured another house last night and that one was much closer to what we'd like to have. The only "problem" for me was the house was in a community where the homes are in very close proximity to one another. There's nothing wrong with that except that's how I've lived for all my married life and I'm ready for some open spaces. I truly don't think I'm being picky. I just feel the need to have a little more room to roam than I've had for all these years and I definitely need a little bit of land on which to house my furry feline friends. Last night's house had three spacious bedrooms, two nicely decorated bathrooms, and a great livingroom and kitchen. I loved the color scheme as well. It was a refreshing change from all the neutrals we've been seeing. Spouse and I love color, so neutral walls and carpets, which many realtors suggest are needed, do nothing for us. I was expecially taken by the study in that house. It could very easily become an awesome sewing room. If I could take the house we saw last night and place it on the acreage we toured on Sweet Potato Ridge Road, I think we'd have a winner. We're going out searching again tonight, and as our realtor stated, we're getting closer to the right combination.

that would make a great sewing room...and I agree..when and if we ever move..I want space between me and my neighbors..I have dealt with their messy yards for way too long..so you are not being picky..after all you have to live in it..best of luck in finding your forever home.:>)

LOL Kady! You sound SO much like me! :o) I am VERY particular about where I want to live, the kind of setting, property...the perfect little package, just for us. We have lived in subdivisions on 1/4 acre of land for 20 years. When we buy our forever home, I want land, land, land! As well as a house that sits on it to suit us and our 21 kitties. That's not too much to ask, right? ;o) Keep looking...it's out there...somewhere. :o)

I love the built-in shelves. Those would work for me. But you are right. It's time to have some quiet and peace and whole lot less neighbors and people knocking on the door. You deserve to have everything you need AND want! And I think those felines deserve an awesome space, too. I know there is a place out there that is perfect for you guys!

Ahh, this does look nice, but I know what you mean and can't blame you for wanting more space for yourself and your feline friends. Good luck house hunting:)
