HE LOVED PLAYING WITH SARA'S TOYS

SARA WAS WATCHING HIM FROM A SAFE DISTANCE
The little black and white cat that appeared on our doorstep about six weeks ago has found his forever home with Rita, the daughter of my kindred cat friend, Chris. Although Glenn was calling him "Smokey Joe", the little cat's name is now "Socks", which is fitting since he has four white feet and looks as if he has socks on them. Rita had a beloved cat named Socks years ago and this little guy looks so much like him. Socks joins a cat named Sara and will be her brother and friend if she will allow it. Sara is a beautiful kitty I was privileged to cat-sit for a few days during the summer. She was very sweet and loving but I'm told she can be a bit of a princess at times. Since I haven't heard anything to the contrary, I assume Socks and Sara are tolerating each other fairly well. I surely miss the little guy but I know without a doubt he has a wonderful home and will be loved for all his days.

It's always so hard to let out fur babies go. I'm glad you found a great home for Socks ~ looks like he is going to enjoy his stay!
