For whatever reason, my internet connection was lost for five days and I've had about all I can take of being put on hold then asked to unplug, re-plug, and re-boot....over and over, to no avail. For all my angst and effort, nothing was accomplished regarding a "fix". Then, all of a sudden, my computer was up and running this morning and I was able to connect to the internet. I have no idea why it was disconnected in the first place, and I'm stunned at the timing of the re-connection. There was no fanfare and I placed no second call to tech support, as was suggested. If they couldn't help me last time why would I choose to be put on hold again? The weather has been spring-like and mild so I don't think it was a factor in the disconnection, so what DID cause the problem? It's not only frustrating, but also extremely inconvenient when the connection is lost and my internet provider will not adjust my bill even though I haven't been online for days. I think it's time to continue my search for a new internet provider. It might also be time to reconsider paying bills the "old way" since I wasn't able to check bank accounts for nearly a week. The thing is, I'm happy to be able to connect today but this will probably happen again....and again.

Oh dear! very inconvenient, yes I think that a new provider might be a good idea! Customer service is very important and if you're not getting any satisfactory communication with this mob, then it's your perogative to find a company who will, afterall you are the one who is paying them!!!!!
