BOYS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN

WHERE DID THOSE BIG BOYS GO?
I'LL SHARE ANY OF MY TOYS EXCEPT MY MOUSIE.
IF THEY WON'T PLAY WITH ME, I'LL ENTERTAIN MYSELF.
Trying to play with the big cats was a bit frustrating for Tucker today. He was anxious to play, but didn't know how to get them to respond to him. He tried chasing them and that was fun for him, but not so much fun for Elliot and Blooper. Tucker thought it was wonderful when they ran from him, then he'd stop and wait for their tails to twitch so he could swat at them. To their credit, neither Elliot nor Blooper swatted at Tucker or hissed at him. They were very tolerant, just not very playful. More than once, Blooper gave me a look as if to say, '"Who is this kid anyway?".
Each of the cats took a turn in my lap and they all seemed to get along well, but the big cats didn't really want to play with Tucker. I felt a bit sorry for him, but he didn't appear to be bothered by it at all. He found his mousie and entertained himself at times. He knows what I mean now when I tell him to go find his mousie. He's so cute when he carries it through the house in his mouth. I'll try again tomorrow with another set of cats. There has to be a cat or two here that will enjoy playing with Tucker.

Kady, I know I keep repeating myself when I say that I never get tired of your kitty stories. Tucker is so adorable and growing up so fast. I love hearing about Bailey and Elliot too, since I have watched them grow up as well. I'm glad they're all getting along, even though they may not always want to play.
