BUCKEYE BARS

There are several variations of the Buckeye Bars recipe but I like this one. It's been awhile since I made these and I'd actually forgotten about having the recipe. If you like the taste of "Buckeyes", you'll like these and they're much easier to make.
BUCKEYE BARS
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 and 1/2 cups powered sugar
10 oz. milk chocolate chips
6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
In microwave, soften butter and peanut butter. Mix well and stir in graham cracker crumbs and powered sugar. Stir well and pat into bottom of 13"x9" pan. Over low heat, melt the milk chocolate chips, adding the vegetable oil. Pour melted chocolate over crust and refrigerate for several hours. Cut into bars.
